HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – EMERGENCY GENERATOR INSTALLATION

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for professional installation/contracting services until February 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Monday, January 29, 2024 starting at 8:30 A.M. at Highland Elementary School, 490 Highland Avenue, Cheshire, CT 06410.

CHESHIRE HIGH SCHOOL – WEST GYM LOCKER RENOVATION

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for professional installation/contracting services until January24, 2024 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Friday, January 12, 2024 starting at 1:00 P.M. at Cheshire High School, 525 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410.

DODD MIDDLE SCHOOL “PARK PLACE” BOILER REPLACEMENT

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals from Qualified Installation Contractors until December 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Thursday, December 7, 2023 starting at 3:00 P.M. at Dodd Middle School, 100 Park Place, Cheshire, CT 06410.

DODD MIDDLE SCHOOL – FIRE ALARM SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals from Qualified Installation Contractors until August 25, 2023 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Monday, August 14, 2023 starting at 9:00 A.M. at Dodd Middle School, 100 Park Place, Cheshire, CT 06410. The Cheshire Public Schools reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award who, in the School’s judgment, will be in the School’s best interests.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – EMERGENCY STANDBY GENERATOR ADDITION

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for professional design services until Friday, June 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Monday May 22, 2023 starting at 3:45 P.M. at at Highland Elementary School, 490 Highland Avenue (Route 10), Cheshire, CT 06410.

The Cheshire Public Schools reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposal, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award who, in the School’s judgment, will be in the School’s best interests.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES CHESHIRE HIGH SCHOOL – MACLARY ATHLETIC FIELD RENOVATION

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for professional design services until Thursday May 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Thursday May 11, 2023 starting at 2:30 P.M. at Cheshire High School, 525 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410.

HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EXTERIOR LIGHTING RENOVATIONS

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for Exterior Lighting Renovation until April 6, 2023 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

There will be a mandatory walk thru on Wednesday March 29, 2023 starting at 10:00 A.M. at Highland Elementary School, 490 Highland Ave. (RT 10), CT 06410. The intent of Cheshire Public Schools is to award this contract for the school district in its entirety.

SCHOOL SECURITY CAMERA UPGRADE PROJECT

The Cheshire Public Schools will receive sealed proposals for the School Security Camera Upgrade Project until March 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM. At that time proposals will be opened in public
and read aloud.

There will be an optional walk thru on Thursday, February 16, 2023 starting at 9:00 A.M at Doolittle Elementary School at 735 Cornwall Avenue in Cheshire, CT.

The Cheshire Public Schools reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material
deficiencies in a proposal, and award who, in the School’s judgment, will be in the School’s best interests.
